Day Visitors

Day visitors are welcome at Conference!

Day Visitor fees are necessary to help offset the considerable costs in hosting of the Conference. Adult Day Visitor fees have been set at $20 per day. Children aged 4-17 yrs pay $10. Unaccompanied children (17yrs and under) will not be allowed to attend.

Please note: Children of Day Visitors, aged 4-14 yrs, cannot attend the daily children’s activity sessions and expect materials to be available unless the organisers have been notified in advance (contact the Conference Secretary to enquire about booking your child’s place – secretary@brisbane2026.com).

Due to the need to conform to the Conference Child Protection policy, please observe the following protocol:

FAQs

I only want to turn up for one or two sessions, e.g. the Messiah performace. Do I still have to pay?
For anyone attending only a few days, the relevant fee applies for each day you attend – except if you attend just for a Memorial Meeting or the Wed night Messiah performance. If you intend to stay for any other activities, including the Welcome Dinner, Elective Sessions or Studies, the Day Visitor rates apply.
All Day Visitors must report to the Information Desk in the Hall Foyer on arrival at the Conference venue each day. You will be asked to sign in, assent to the Code of Conduct and pay the fee. You will be provided a name tag to be worn whilst in the venue that day.
The Registration costs for full week attendees are detailed on the Registration webpage.
Can I drop my children off on one or more days for the provided activities?

Unless you are also attending, no. All children must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian who has also registered and paid the $20 daily fee at the Information Desk.

If you wish your children to attend the provided activities on one or more days or evenings during the week, you must confirm with the Conference Secretary to secure a place.

Can I watch the whole Conference via live stream?

Only the two Memorial Meetings will be live streamed – a link will be provided on enquiry. All Conference sessions will eventually be uploaded for viewing online a few weeks after the Conference has concluded.
