Welcome Dinner- supported by Christadelphian Homes
Young and old, come to a traditional roast dinner in the venue courtyard following our opening meeting. Re-connect with old friends and meet new ones. Thank you Christadelphian Homes for your generous support!
Ecclesia Dinners
On the second evening, four local ecclesias (Brisbane, Kedron Brook, South Brisbane and Wilston) will open their doors to host visitors, while the youth will have a special dinner at the Conference venue, hosted by Wamuran ecclesia. Registration will open on the conference App in June.
Afternoon Tea and Suppers
Hot drinks and snacks will be provided in the servery area next to the main hall during the programmed breaks.
Souvenir Conference Cup
A souvenir stainless steel cup with the conference logo will be provided to each adult attendee registered and paid before the cup order cut-off date which is April 3rd. It is designed to keep your drinks hot or cold. Please re-use your conference cups during the week. There will be washing up stations and you can keep your clean cup in your conference bag or the dedicated storage area. Standard cups will be provided for those who registered late, or feel free to bring your own.
Barista Coffee
For the coffee lovers, fresh barista coffee will be expertly prepared by our Grounded in Love cafe for purchase by the cup, or through a pre-paid coffee card. Enjoy a night cap with live music at the night cafe.
Lunch and Dinner Options
There will be simple meals and cold drinks available for purchase from the College canteen. More details will be provided via the conference app, including the dinner box menu and how to pre-order. Preordering will help ensure you get your choice!

Charity Fundraising Dinner
A special charity-hosted fund raising dinner is being planned for the last day of Conference. Enjoy a yummy dinner and support the ACBM in its preaching efforts!
